Inland Empire Open Data Movement
The Inland Empire open data movement gives residents of the Inland Empire research that tells a story of public policy in their communities throughout the region. IE2030 believes that transparent government is important to local public policy decisions.
We regularly request public records request on data sets throughout the region and conduct quantitative research. Our goal is to give residents the tools they need to participate in the public policy making process.
IE2030 also conducts qualitative research to identify the preferences of residents and voters in communities throughout the Inland Empire as it pertains to public policy.
Above map shows the spatial distribution of voter preference survey that studies the preferences of voters on the issue of a special election vs. a Moreno Valley District 4 City Council appointment.
